The duration of the cleaning depends on the size of the property and its condition. Who provides the cleaning equipment and tools when I book your end of tenancy cleaning service?
For your convenience, our cleaners bring and use their own top of the line cleaning equipment. If you would like them to use your equipment, please do not hesitate to let us know in advance. Please note that we require customers to provide the cleaning products for our hourly based services or request such at an extra charge.

Can your carpet technicians guarantee the full removal of stains?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the full removal of stains because the efficiency of our carpet cleaning service depends on the nature of stains. Another key factor is whether the stain has been pre-treated and for how long it has been on the carpet. However, we can assure you that we will do everything we can to remove as much of the stain as possible.
Is oven cleaning part of your domestic cleaning?
